How do I report a hater on Miss Literati?

We've had some users complaining about haters on the site, and we want to make sure that we do a good job of following up. So we created the "Hater Aid" page, where you can let us know about haters. By "haters", we mean "people that are doing nothing on the site except being mean, rude, spiteful, and talking trash about other users. If someone said something mean about your story, that's a big bummer, and it sure is unpleasant — but it's part of being a writer! That's not hating. If you get into an argument in the comment section of a story, that's not hating, even if the person calls you a name. However, if the only thing that person is doing is stirring up trouble by posting spiteful chapters that are not really stories, mentioning another user, and telling other people to go give that person a hard time... why then, that is hating, and we will follow up with them.
